Course Information: Welcome to English 105. The course is designed to prepare you for English 1 and other writing assignments you will encounter in your college career. We will complete four cycles of reading essays , reviewing sentence skills, and working through the writing process: brainstorming, planning, drafting, critiquing, and editing. The last portion of the class will be devoted to writing essay exams, a necessary skill to be a successful college student. I will show you how to take an essay exam with confidence.
