FN 224 • Food and Nutrition: Sanitation and Safety

Course Information: This course is for students enrolled in the dietetic program. This includes
dietetic service supervisors and diet technicians. This course follows a storyline in which you take
the role of a dietary supervisor in a health care setting.
Note: this course does NOT meet the requirements for the Culinary Arts certificate.
