Long Beach City College DL Student HelpDesk services are available to all LBCC students for assistance with course related technology and Web services. Our computer technologists are available to answer your questions and provide support and general information for common technical questions. HelpDesk support is available through this page or email; phone support is available to DL students only.

Procedures:

  1. Browse: Look for an answer to your question in the various pages of this site.
  2. Ask: email your question to de@lbcc.edu -- In most cases, you will receive an answer within 24 hours during normal business hours. 
  3. Face-to-Face Walk-in Help: Face-to-face, individual walk-in help is available on both LAC and PCC campuses at the Academic Computing Centers (LAC: L-251,
    or PCC: LL 216). Check the Learning and Academic Resources Department page for hours of operation and more information.
