Detach a file from an E-mail message
Instructions using Microsoft Outlook. Your email program may differ.
- An email with an attachment may be identified
with icons, such as a “paperclip”
or a “document”
symbol.

- “Right Click” or “CTRL+ Click” to select the file and save it to your hard disk.

- Save the file to a folder of your choice.
Remember where you saved it,
in order to access the file later.

- When you are ready to access your file, navigate to the folder where you saved it.
Double-click on the file to open it.
